We are finally open for others to join! Granted, we're low on members so if you manage to just take a peek in here, please let others know that we are now open and ready to start rping with you! Don't hesitate to ask for help in the C-box or PM an Administrator (ANY of us will do, I promise) with any concerns you may have.

General Information Welcome to Penance! We are glad to have you here role playing with us. Here is where we keep information on the RULES, STAFF, and the HISTORY of Penance. Stop by here and read the history, it contains some excellent information about the staff as well. Also here is where our FAQ is listed, as well as the information concerning the werefolk races of various kinds so that you, our role players, may be able to work your characters around this and it's just a helpful guide in general.
Auditions & Applications Okay, so you've read all of the rules, correct? Well, then you are ready to create your character. Please use the provided template and follow the guidelines or your application won't even be considered. After it's been accepted, you may go back and revamp your application as you see fit.
All of the sorted applications will be placed here for future perusal. The topics are allowed to be amended, but only by the user. Please keep up with your character's history from year to year. No one wants to read about how your character has been IC for four years and doesn't have a history or done anything with their life.
Adoptables Having trouble creating a character to fit into the realm of Penance? Try adopting a character!
On occasion, we will have characters created that will NEED to be played to get plots and other fun things started. These come from all different backgrounds, races, skills, and etc. Come by and see who needs to be played!

Plot Domain Here is where you can form possible plots for your characters and other characters. This is a great place to get your outline started on your character and to further develop your characters' depths and where you plan on going with them in the future.
Just look over the plot pages already listed and then simply reply with whatever character you want to have a plot with and go from there. You can discuss further plot advancements via PM or Instant Messenger. Have fun and plot away!
How Can I Reach You? Here is where you will find access to the characters' e-mails, snail mails, journals/blogs, scrap books, and normal phone conversations. Because of the mass destruction caused by the war, many means of reaching someone has been lost or no longer was needed. Cell phones don't exist; only land lines. Internet is available, but limited to just sending e-mails.
If you need to get a hold of someone for some reason, just try these various methods as well as being able to discover some of the fascinating secrets of what these characters are actually thinking!
