If you are experiencing problems logging into this site Please try the following solutions, and if you after trying these you are still experiencing problems please contact the Site Administrators and let us know what problems you are having.

We apologise or any problems you may be experiencing.


1. If you are logged into another Invision forum, with a similar username or password please logout of that first.

2. At the bottom of this site you will see a link that says “Delete all Cookies from this board”. The click refresh on your browser and try logging in again. If that does not work try the next step

(Alternatively, Tools/Internet Options/ Delete cookies (this will delete all cookies and passwords for all sites)

Users that have WinXP, Vista and/or Internet Explorer v7 may have higher level security settings and therefore it may be blocking this site;

3. Copy the address of this site from your browser ie http://z9.invisionfree.com/ParentsChatroom/index.php then on your browser Select Tools/Internet Options and select the Privacy Options Tab then select Sites button

Add the address in and click Allow, Click Apply/
ie http://z9.invisionfree.com/ParentsChatroom/index.php?
Refresh the Browser and try logging in again

4. If you are still experiencing problems please contact your administrator with information about the problems you are experiencing.
