The first Budokai will be held as soon as there are enough characters. It will probably be before the saga so that everyone will have a chance to power up for the coming battles. If you'd like to register than reply to this topic. Note that Saga Villains cannot register for tournaments while they are part of an active or upcoming saga, unless it ties in with said saga.
