Rathalos And Espinas

1) Anyone have any tips on increasing the chance of having the 逆鱗 drop? (And on that note, what are these in English? Plates? Backwards scales?) I've fought so many of these and I've only gotten ... I think either two or three. Gah.

2) Me and my friend have been fighting the espinas since he came out, and between the both of us fighting him a combined number of 50 times, I've only gotten one horn once. Anyone have any better luck? Have you seen anyone walking around with that sword? It seems impossible.

1. I don't know what that means. I think it's a plate, if it's a rathalos you're hunting.

2. Maybe it is. I don't recall seeing many peps even having ANY Espinas equipement, except those helms that came out the release day.

My friend has an espinas guitar. It's awesome! I haven't seen anyone with the armor, though, because they all need espinas stuff plus one other thing. but it's usuaully pretty easy to get.

What's that one thing?

two things need congalala pelt and the rest need remoba hides. I can't remember if it's high level remobra or not.

A bit off subject... But How do you have Frontier!? I thought there were IP blocks?

Well, the ban is there, but there is a way to get around it. We use VPN to mask our IP address. And we play. I'm thinking of subscribing. I posted a link to the guide, but nobody seemed to read it.
