Alpha 7 was brought into service when billy built him on aquitar, togehter they worked on many projects and when the time came they returned to earth together to build more weapons and morphers for the rangers. As well as aiding the injured rangers. Alpah 7 is a trusted friend of billy's and a tad nervous much like his previous counterparts.
