Yes, on a very hot day ! with only 11 player due to Easter Holiday, the assistant Manager, Neil Matkin took charge for the last game of the season. After a poor start, the lads picked themselves up after going 1-4 down in the first half.... The second half saw the lads pull it back to 3-4, Neil worked his halftime magic to get them pumped up for the second half. However, the heat made it difficuld and the lads conceeded 3 goal before the final whistle making it 3-7 to Stanton Ilkeston. Bad look lads.. headz Scorers Joshua Matkin 1 Konrad Ikholi 2 |
