I wanted to change the rules to allow fighting of red named enemies, since they often are the type who will continue to PK for extended periods of time, and they also can drop their equipment like black names. Note, however, that you can only switch to capture mode, so you can't attack them if they aren't flashing.
As a side note, if we are at war with a guild, you still can't attack them for any reason. However, if they are flashing, you can switch to capture and fight them. As of now, we have no enemies. Sometimes there are rumors that other guilds listed us as enemies, but we are trying to avoid actual guild war.
Another thing that is new is Guild War and PK Arena. Any part of the game where PK is allowed without getting PK points such as this, you can feel free to participate. I know I want to get involved in them. Team is a good mode to go on so that you don't hurt guild members or allies, and capture has its uses.
