If more LL box sets make it to distribution, then you might see a phase cat(Displacer beast) in one of them. I don't think LL has equivalents for any of the other critters on that list though.
I also eagerly anticipate some salamanders showing up.

So your saying in order to make theses they need to appear in LL or an alternate game? My question then is How is Reaper miniatures and others before them such as Grenadier, after they lost D&D licensing (notable:Monster Manuscripts) able to produce "creative" alternatives to these IPs, and not produce a game. Reaper Has "Mind Masters" and Mirliton still produces Grenadiers "UmberBulk". And if a supplement is required for LL just release a stat card with the miniature

I suppose its to do with perceived levels of risk. Reaper minis will have the pockets to fight an agressive "cease and desist" order, whereas a one man band like Richard may not want to risk this.......
As much as I would like to see these minis too, I understand Richard's caution.

I think there are a few monsters that WotC consider core to the game but there are ways of circumnavigating these restrictions as we've seen with the labryinth lords. OW has done really well to have such a large range available in a relatively short time. Sure we've all got our personal favourites we'd love to see and speculating what might be coming up is all part of the fun.
Obviously there are commercial considerations to keep in mind and each figure should earn it's keep to justify it's place in the range.
Really looking forward to the the new stuff though - particularly the cloud giant. cheers Wayne.
