I placed an order using the vouchers several months ago with the intent of slapping some paint on the newly aquired pewter and using them at Historicon in July. Since placing the order I have sent several emails and have not recieved an update in the last month nor any product as of this writing. I have lurked on the forums for some time waiting patiently to see if this was going to clear up however I have reached my personal limit and I am almost at the point of no return to get this stuff painted in time for Historicon.
Would like an update via this forum or to my email.

Sorry, Mike, it looks like some emails have not been getting through if they were sent via the contact page on the website, but some have, so I'm not sure why or how that is happening. Also, some of my replies don't seem to be reaching their intended targets.
So, here's an update on the backlog situation.
Health issues are very much improved. I had a pretty tough time of things since Christmas, with a lot of pain, a great deal of worry and some unpleasant investigative procedures. Although we still don't have a definitive explanation of what is/was wrong with me, we now know for sure that it isn't cancer, which is a bit of a relief to say the least.
I'm now back at work more or less full time, and working through a backlog of orders. I've made good progress on these over the last couple of weeks, but realistically, I've still got another couple of weeks to go before they fully cleared.
So, if you're waiting for an order, I can only apologise for the long delays. Running a business alone is difficult when this sort of thing happens. I have no-one to help out, and just have to rely on the patience and goodwill of my customers. For that, I'm very grateful to the vast majority of you who have been kind and understanding during a difficult time for me.

Thanks for the quick reply. If you have an independent web master ask them to look at the email block - the lack of email casts everything into shadow as we try and find out what is going on without effective comms.

BTW the game is full at Historicon (15 people) - offer still stands to distro adverts / business cards. I am running it in tribute to Dave Arneson - a competitive dungeon crawl with 3 dungeon masters defending their turf from three teams of heroes. So even if you cannot clear my order send me the adverts / cards and I will display them.

I received my order the other day...bugbears, giants and ogres. they are just outstanding. They came with a surprise stowaway...an ogre magi. This is just a fantastic figure and a great surprise!! pictures on the website just dont do justice to these figures.

like the first poster, I had requested some figs using my voucher and sent a couple of chasing mails .
I had always had a terrific experience with Otherworld and was unaware of your health problems. Trust things work out for you.
When you are able, can you just confirm receipt of my requests?
