There are several monsters which are considered by WotC to be their own intellectual property. They are not part of WotC's Open Game Licence/SRD. They are:

Beholder
Gauth
Carrion crawler
Displacer beast
Githyanki
Githzerai
Kuo-toa
Mind flayer
Slaad
Umber hulk
Yuan-ti

I won't be making figures of any of these monsters, but I reckon pretty much anything else is fair game.

Owlbear?

Ditto on the owlbear. Pleasantly surprised by how short the prohibited list is.

Also an Anhkheg would be useful. Owlbear would be good, for old school reference the illustration in the MM is pretty crap - B2 Keep on the Borderlands has a better one.
Oh yeah, what happend to the Armoured skellies?

Spiders.........Giant, Huge, Large, Phase

I'd love to see a spider like the picture by D A Trampier from the 1st edition Monster Manual, about to spring upon the adventuring party

Go on, you know you want to!

Good point. "Pretty crap" is pretty charitable. Might be best to allow the sculptor some latitude in this case. Mr. Muller gets my vote. Love his work overall, plus, based on his harpies, I'd say he has a way with feathers.

No doubt about it. Paul Muller’s credited with sculpting Otherworld’s harpies (just double-checked), and you can’t have a harpy without feathers.

No. Must admit, I initially saw the similarity. However, when viewed side by side, it’s apparent that they’re very different. Note the differences in the trailing edge of the wing.

These are the wings that we used for the Type I Demon. The Harpy wings were sculpted by Paul Muller from scratch.

An owlbear will probably appear before the end of the year.
