Still haven't gotten the Roper mini I was promised - here is the quote from an e-mail dated 9 January of this year:
The restock finally arrived this morning. I'll be working through my back orders over the next few days. I'm so sorry it has taken so long, and I'm grateful for your patience.
Note that this is after a production delay - the original order was placed 24 May 2011. In fairness, everything else did arrive, just the Roper was back ordered.
I've sent e-mails, made posts here, and even tried to send PMs which failed due to some incomprehensible problem, and have gotten naught but silence. It seems everyone else has received their back orders, but not me. I know there was a rough patch there for awhile but that should be over. I've been patient but I need something to happen, finally.
It seems that the Roper is just not going to happen. Fine. Can I at least get a refund or even a store credit, so that I can finally move on? This has gone on for way, way too long.
