WoooHooooo!

My minis arrived yesterday! A terrific batch of new metal (and a bit of resin) for my unruly pile!

These are my first Otherworld figures, though I've long wanted to pick some up. Seeing them up close and in person at Historicon a few weeks back just made me all the more anxious to finally get my hands on some. A few of the treasures I scored: The Purple Worm, Roper, Treant, and the Otyugh among others...

Richard even threw in a couple of cool bonus figures for me! Very much appreciated!! Thanks so much Richard!

Very happy! These were well worth the wait! Plan to order more soon...

Of course, also excited about the upcoming IndieGoGo campaign. I can't wait for that!

Still haven't gotten the Roper mini I was promised - here is the quote from an e-mail dated 9 January of this year:

"Hi Charles,

The restock finally arrived this morning. I'll be working through my back orders over the next few days. I'm so sorry it has taken so long, and I'm grateful for your patience.

Cheers,

Richard Scott"

Note that this is after a production delay - the original order was placed 24 May 2011. In fairness, everything else did arrive, just the Roper was back ordered.

I've sent e-mails, made posts here, and even tried to send PMs which failed due to some incomprehensible problem, and have gotten naught but silence. It seems everyone else has received their back orders, but not me. I know there was a rough patch there for awhile but that should be over. I've been patient but I need something to happen, finally.

It seems that the Roper is just not going to happen. Fine. Can I at least get a refund or even a store credit, so that I can finally move on? This has gone on for way, way too long.

Sorry, Charles, I wasn't aware that I had any outstanding back-orders for Ropers. I thought they'd all been sent out some time ago. Please contact me with your details on otherworld(at)madasafish(dot)com, and I'll arrange for a replacement Roper or a refund, as you prefer.
