Loki's Keep What was once a great science facility is now an abandoned complex that serves as nothing more than a landmark in an otherwise desolate place. The City of Kousetsu Kousetsu is the refuge of the only creatures that make their home in the wastes. It is an ancient, war-torn city that is hobbling slowly towards recovery.
