Photios Photios is often called "The City of Light" and serves as Levis's own version of Atrum's Tiburon. It gains its name and reputation from the fact that creatures of darkness can't seem to stay there very long without going mad, and the abundance of creatures of light and holiness. Rubato Not far off from the capital is the city of Rubato, yet another utopia with a glory of its own. At first glance it doesn't seem quite as advanced as other cities, but this place is the foundation for all the continent's scientific and philosophical advances.
