England squad try outs

THe EVA is holding trails for the 2012 olympic squads and it looks like you dont have to have a british passport (yet)!
So come on, who feels lucky?

err, surprisingly enough, the form to fill out does ask whether you're a British citizen or whether you have a British passport. What's the difference, anyway?

pffff ! Apart from the obvious drawback, I have neither a British passport nor do I have British citzenship. It would be fun to watch the try-outs, though! Who coaches the British national team anyway? Lenny Barry?

I think its still Ian Legrand who also coaches one of the London teams.
But the form is set up makes me think that if you are willing to change your membership
(read nationality) that they would be willing to have you rolleyes.gif

not to be cynical, but persuading a lot of people to change nationality is going to be helpful in getting a competitive team ready for the Olympics :-)
