I watch plenty of different videos! Anyway, I figured out that a. as you say, she first indicates the fault, then the winning team (like we used to do - this is a fairly recent video, I think the americans are just weird about this) and b. instead of gesturing with open palm to the team that won (as we do), she's holding a finger up on the side that won. Why don't they just go for actual FIVB rules? Although it does mean that they've kept the old rules about net touches, which is a bonus.
