I don't remember it being like that a year or so ago. Makes you wonder what happened.

only takes a couple bad apples to ruin the whole pie.


and this pie doesnt taste very good lately.

norcaldrift.org treats their members with diplomacy? how about zilvia.net, not crap huh?....making a statement without discretion and basing a statement as absolute with clear generalization really shines how much intelligence people have.

what happen with bayarea240sx...or whatever that forum is was called..

There are always going to be people that will bad mouth forums. You (addressing everyone) think other car forums are better because they are newer vehicles...sti, evo, 350z, s2k, M3...

I'm not surprised that comments are made like that because there are always going to be so called "fanboy" post/members in our forums and all other forums.
As well as ass-jerk people moderators and administrator just cannot filter out of joining the forum.

This is unavoidable so we do our best and welcome all with open arms and try our best to enforce the rules of the forum.


Remember why YOU like the Nissan 240sx.

Remember why YOU enjoy to drift.

Remember why YOU participate in autocross.

Remember why YOU prefer rwd.

Remember why YOU still have that S13/S14 that should have been retired a long time ago.

All those reasons/answers applied to the above statements are what counts. Nothing else. Don't worry yourself of what other say or might assume/think.

Having Mark, our senior most active Moderator post this establishes just how much all the moderators and administrators have been easy going with enforcing the policy and rules of this forum.

Now and in the near future enforcement will be more consistent.

ive posted this early morning. it had 69 views with almost 2% of views posted a comment. i was expecting something from active members here.


but then i was dissapointed, i was hoping at least half of the active members take pride. but then its cool

then again this is not a rant. is just hard to see this in different forum.

does this affect me? yes. why? because i get excited when i see another s chassis owner and i get the urge to invite them but then again its hard.

all i can say is take pride and take care of what you have.
when you lost something that is when you realize how important it is.

so what if a couple people don't like our forum? oh well. this isnt a fashion show or a popularity contest. i finished high school a looonnnngggg time ago and petty drama and bickering is just childish.


bottom line is, people need to grow up and learn to respect one another.

maybe if proughj didnt rip off everyone and respected peoples trust, he wouldnt have a bad rap in the 240sx community.

maybe if our members didnt bad mouth one another so much nor-cal240sx wouldnt have a bad rap from a couple of norcaldrift members.


the problem is that more than half of our members are under the age of 20. and so you get the stupid childish drama that comes with that age. i dont care how mature you may think you are. you are not. end of story. maturity and wisdom come with age.

i can put numerous people on blast who i think are affecting the image of norcal240sx in a negative light, but i wont do that.

but senseless back and forth bickering (your a fag, no your a fag, fuck you no fuck you)

or name calling (nicks a terrorist lowballer blah blah)

or calling people out who owe you moeny, thats my favorite.

no offense to anyone here, but i would never, EVER take payments. on anything. ever. im glad none of you have credit cards, because you're score would be fucked.

very, VERY few members on here respect each other. and thats the issue, if eeryone respected each other, we wouldnt have the stupid drama that goes down.

maybe if we didnt have this childish bullshit going on, more people would come to the website and respect us.

theres always people that will run their mouth.. its just sad that they do not know us.

for every badge of apple there will always be one bad one. hope that one wouldnt ruin the whole badge thats all.

Regardless of that one or few bad apples. The rest of us should be able to stand strong based how we behave on this forum.

We can't control other peoples' behavior. We can lead by example the best we can. No one is perfect, but if we hold ourselves accountable and are willing to change and better ourselves and eventually this forum then we are all doing our part regardless of a few bad apples and most definitely regardless of comments made by others from other forums.

Mark and Jeremy is on point with their replies and those two (a moderator and a member) proves my point that there is good after all in this forum.

why do people hate on this fourm?

It could be out of jealousy cuz they can see even though we have our fair share of forum fanboys, fakery, and foolishness we can still be chill about it all and prevail as usual. ANd they just don't get how we can juggle it with balance and still remain so diplomatic about it all

It could be they based their hate cuz many of us do not hit the track as much as others do so we do not seem as legit as they do.

It could even be cuz some of our members rides are just not as show car shining as theirs.

Hell, it could even be that we may have more younger members still learning how this whole forum thang works.

Like I said before, regardless what the reason. We can't control other peoples' thinking, but we can control ours so we lead by example the best we can.

If there is hate from our own members no one is forcing them to remain as members. They can leave and the ones that stay are most probably the "true" members anyways.

all well said and takin into note n all. i read the thread mark posted and its pretty sad that this forum seems to be known as bad, waste of time, pointless etc. just like anyforum though there are the ones who hate, and maybe met one bad member or one made us all look bad, that they didnt like and based all of us and the forum off of that one member.

and for the argueing between memebers... there shouldnt be any... we are all friends and all like the same thing(s), the reason being is our cars, the type of car, etc. plus more once we got to know eachother. there always will be argueing and fighting between people... its like brothers and/or sisters, they love eachother but they dont always get along 24/7... but it should be handled in a mature manor.

putting this into peoples veiw mark is a eye opener and hopefully people will take in to consideration. and develop into a forum that isnt talked down on.

Lies, this forum is bad ass. One thing I noticed is that even if a question has already been asked, users still tend to help the TC. Unlike other forums where they'll get "seach noob" or similar comments. Yes, people should search or do research but it's nice to get feedback to know you're doing whatever you want to do correctly.
