Wario Ware Twisted
And if you're wearing a costume you're not allowed to take off any parts of it, no matter how much of a liability.
Also how about Katamari and F-Zero GX

I've just got a question. What system are most multi-console games on? Like the game tournaments. Will the fighting games be on 360's or PS3's? Just wanna know what kind of stick to bring.

And do you have any specific rules on bringing your own controllers?

My guess is that the majority will be played on the 360, however I am not sure that is correct. ProjectArkham can likely give you a better answer. Conversely you can email our gaming department Videogames at animepunch dot org

My suggestion to you...Bring both just in case.

If there is a Hacked Wii there running brawl, i can rig up a game to be ran through the SD card, SSBB minus, it is a bit more fun and the characters are skinned like anime characters, including Captian Falcon skined as the green/white ranger and Master Chief. the only thing i would need is a 2 gig sd card and you have a whole new game

Did I say Twisted up there? I meant Smooth Moves.
But if you can figure out a way to pass around a copy of Twisted that would be neat too.

I'm pretty sure we had it at the GJ booth. We had to rotate games a bit depending on what was popular so if it was at a dead station we may have swapped it out.

Yeah we had Accent Core at the game junkie table, it was up a couple times, the problem being we had a limited amount of modded ps2's (like.. 2, one of which was my personal machine) and about 8 japanese ps2 games to play, and I'm pretty sure we only had a japanese copy of AC for some reason.

Hats off to GameJunkie for sponsoring/running the epic game room! You guys did a bang up job. As always, I think Anime Punch has the best game room out of all the conventions in Ohio (I've only been to cons in Ohio so I can't say much for out of state...laugh.gif).

Excellent use of space. Excellent assortment of massive HDTVs. EXCELLENT placement of air fresheners!

Fuck yeah Steel Battalion! Fuck yeah awesome rock band set up. Fuck yeah Mario kart. Fuck yeah Super Smash. Fuck yeah N64 and random SNES and NES stuff (original console and virtual console alike). Fuck yeah for not seeing oodles and oodles of only 360 like every other con!

You guys rock!

edit: One beef - It woulda been a lot better if the music games had their own room, for obvious reasons.

Unfortantely we didn't have room to do put the music games in their own room this year. But next year the theme is Music so you never know!

We did what we could, though I can't take credit for too much of it, the AP staff really did rent out/get a lot of the setup and even they had a lot of their own machines.

Thank you for the credit, but it would be wrong of me to accept all of it. You should definitely thank the ap staff too, as we couldn't have done it without their help, and some of the things you mentioned as being cool were entirely theirs or their idea.

There were quite a lot of things we wanted to do and didn't get the chance to this year, mostly due to time, hopefully AP would like us back next year and we can expand on a lot of those ideas and run an even more awesome game room next year!
