Online Risk, Conquer Club

For all of you who like strategy games as much as I do, I've discovered a great site called ConquerClub. It has hundreds of variations of Risk.

who the hell doesn't love watching their enemies crumble beneath their feet?

I'm not sure honestly, I don't think I've won a game yet, which is sad as I'm pretty much undefeated in real life.

to be fair though, you have also never played me. Seriously dude, how have we never played Risk? Should get a Risk night together sometime and have you come up for it. My Uncle obsessively buys any version of the game he can find.

Well, we couldn't schedule anything not directly related to anime, but at the same time I can't very well turn down a challenge!

...I can just see it now: "Well, the convention was going pretty smoothly until the conchair got sucked into a seven hour long game of risk that ended when he threw up on a guest of honor!"

What are you talking about Mike that would be a great story to hear from the con! As for relating it to anime we could always change the continents to something anime or maybe make some anime related rules for something? I don't know I'm sure we can think of something........ Wait might need more alcohol for this.

Hmmmmm Ya I think I got a piece like that and if not I'm sure I can just find someone at the con and give em a line of caine and they'll think they can do that..... or maybe they'll just tweek out and run around the con screaming "OMG THE CANNONS ARE AFTER ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Well, you've tempted me with drunken irresponsibility, coked out teenagers, and the ultimate demise of the convention.

I feel like I've grown old in seeing those things as negative. Although I may not be the kind of person who enjoys such things, perhaps I wish I was. You have convinced me to have Risk at the con at the very least!

However I'm still not sure I can play myself, as I typically spend my con having sex, yelling at staffers, Sieg Hailing, and bullying people who use fake Russian accents.

You have a lot of the same problems I have with committing to a game at con...

Now about this playing Risk, did we want to add any Anime themes to it or just keep it as is? and maybe have a "Normal" risk time and like a "late night/drunken/coked up teen" version that we do when you have the time to get drunk and find a 13 to try coke for the first and run down the halls yelling about the tanks and men on horses trying to tentacle rape him?
