How about just re-tooling AC to Cowboy Bebop where attendees are bounty hunters staffers are bounties and have a set listed value back at the LARP HQ. Whoever has the highest bounty value returned at the end wins. Plus it fits with the anime since the bounty hunters will usually be broke/hungry (unless they actually make use of the con-suite).

Only if we can have corgis running around the con....

I do like that idea though. I feel like we could uncorporate some elements of the story line into it as well, like different side missions based on episodes.

For Revoluticon we made these awesome assassin's hoods that went over really well. I saw people taking pictures in groups like cosplayers and we need to do something suitable epic if we're doing it this year.
