I arrived pretty late saturday, but ready to lock and/or loll.
First thing first, I made way to the Gundam Panel, which I heard was supposed to be 2 hours long originally and I think it would have been wonderful if it was. It was cool in the fact that some good debate and open forum speaking broke out.
After that, the girlfriend was hungry so we headed out to find food(after a Red Comet, which was damn tasty). I was disheartened to find nothing nearby and having to backtrack to end up at a sub-par chinese restaurant because the subway was closed. In my car, it took 15 minutes to get anywhere near food, and with traffic, it took another 10-15 minutes to get to food itself.
$4 for a Piccolo was pretty ridiculious.
Returned in time for Macross, which was an awesome run down.
After Macross, noticed some of the ...women... I complained about in Con Gripes. Seriously disgusted, I nearly turned to alcohol to cleanse my eyes.
Attended the Super Robots Panel, which rocked. Real Mean Ride Eachother and so forth.
Left that, made some rounds, ran across drunk jackassery, dealt again with 15 year olds looking they need to be on a street corner. Hung out with some awesome Mecha fans, then took off for the night.
More Mecha and Booze, Closer Food, and Less Slutty Children.
