as far as I can tell, considering that Revoluticon is still ultimately for fans of anime, our dealers room should include anime themed stuff, as well as more diverse-general geekery stuff

does anyone know about the dealers that are going to be there and if they will still be selling anime. because if they are not selling anime I would be kind of disappointed and actually kinda pissed.

The gameshows, concerts, parties, dealers room, and raves will be nearly indistinguishable from last years con. There will still be cosplayers and such as well.

The only real difference will be the names on the panels and video showings. If you had a good time at Armageddicon, you'll have a good time at Revoluticon.

Contents of things being sold in the dealers room included, or are they going along with the new themes as well?

The rave will be on Saturday night.
The schedule is pretty much finalized, and if you'd like you can check it out on the website here: http://www.animepunch.org/revoluticon/pages/e_events_m.php

Right now it is not in a very user friendly format, but in a few days we should have the schedule finalized for good, and ready to go for the con!

What night exactly is the rave?

Revoluticon is basically the same as Armageddicon except with the focus being on other facets of nerdom instead of just anime. Since we've had people ask us to cover other topics in a more educational way and most nerds are not just into anime (ourselves included), we thought, sure, why not?

I can see where it wouldn't be for everyone though. Hopefully we will be seeing you at Armageddicon still as that is our anime focused event.

Armageddicon is what everyone thinks of as Anime Punch. The march con/spring event you went to last year was the Armageddicon, so if you had a good time last year you should definitely got to the Armageddicon in December!
