Alright ^^; after some logistics planning, reading (and re-reading) the various topics on the cosplay subforum.. I think I've finally pinned down the shoots.

It may (or may not be, depending on Michael really), opened to debate, but only *serious* debate. (ie I don't want to hear your complaints because you've brought 8 outfits and can't make it to all of them ^_~. A serious complaint would be if 3/4 of your group wont even be around until 5PM on Saturday, and your shoots at 11AM)


All cosplayers meet at the Lower Atrium ^_^ You can't miss it, its seriously the area between the check-in desk and the fountain.

Gravitation/Loveless/yaoi-esque shows (aka yaoi love in) - Friday @ 9PM

Bleach - Saturday @ 10AM
FMA - Saturday @ 11AM
Square Enix - Saturday @ noon
Naruto - Saturday @ 1PM

Eureka7 - Sunday@1PM

I'm not sure how they could be, I just got the OK to post them after discussing with the con chair. XD All of those times were just suggestions (that is, AP had the say when on the actual times were), this is the actual finalized list. Sorry for confusion ^_^

Why is Naruto during the masq? That is highly unfair to any and all Naruto cosplayers.

Edit: Also though, if you want to go ahead, you can scrap Saiyuki and just join the Yaoi love in as Saiyuki peoples? It's an option.

Can we have it during the day? It's generally between 11-4 pm at most cons and it will help us out.

I planned the Naruto later due to the fact that I had requests from cosplayers asking that since we're not having a double-shoot rule, at least space them apart, for people who are bringing two costume changes for Saturday. Since noone would want to be up at 8 or 9AM for a shoot, and masq is from 5-8PM, it made it a little tricky, since I also needed to schedule other big interest groups.

So... unless all the Naruto cosplayers come and tell me that they're not going to be upset if their shoot is earlier, and they won't be upset if they miss out on something else, I'm going to keep it later to comply with the requests that were made earlier. I'm trying to be as fair as I can, but not everyone will be pleased.

I really don't understand why staff are taking apart of the planning. Generally it's the con-goers that plan these. I don't see why 4 pm is such a big deal to ask for. I would prefer 4 pm since I am planning on cosplaying from the series.

i don't care as long as it's not at the same time as the masq. and to have it at 8 and the masq end at 8 is way to close.

I'm going to dinner at 5pm on Friday with some friends. so I should be back in time for the 7pm Fruits Basket shoot, I sure hope so anyways!

Just because you're a controlling bitch who likes to plan everything out doesn't mean you should. Staff knows what time events and video showings will take place, and can plan stuff like this out accordingly to prevent overlaps or conflicts of interest.

Any convention that goes beyond the absolute minimum should do the same. Just because they don't doesn't mean they shouldn't.

i like the staff helping set it up and posting offical times and things. it makes it easier than trying to figure out who is running it and how to contact them and find out where and when it's gonna be. it makes things simpler.

Changed it to 9, due to concern of closeness to the masq. ^_^

Cloaked: I'm sorry, I can't schedule shoots against another shoot, and I'm pretty sure that Mike didn't want shoots getting that late on Saturday. I'll see what I can do before I leave, but since it's so late in the game, I can't make promises. :/

I thought there was a FMA shoot at like 11 am or so? Some of us had our pictures taken (like the one of Riza Hawkeye against the Homunculi). I had gone to the RBG room after 30 minutes and waiting...and found out that there was a small photo shoot after I had left.

Hi! Yes it was scheduled at 11AM for Saturday. If noone showed up though, that's not anyones fault really but the cosplayers who didn't show up and should've been punctual. :/

FMA had the whole hour for the location, but I'm sorry you missed it. :(
