Yeah. My ideas are:

-A 3 year timeskip.
-Rank promotions for old characters.
-A full set of missions at kage buildings before even starting up so people won't get bored.
-An updated tech tree that includes this new "element" stuff

Ok, thats enough time. As for the changes, I dont really want to spoil any surprises, just know that elements will indeed be added and the format changed. If you still want to use your old characters, just edit them up a bit to fit and there shouldnt be a problem. Anything besides that really isnt up to me, so take it up with whomever you think can address it.

Yeah, uhm, about teh missiones, they're mostly made up by the kage RPer on their own time, so imagination points can get kinda low. But as for the Yukikage, I'll see if anything new for missions comes to mind. But I wouldn't mind editing Akuitora a bit, esp since i finally got a pic of her summon and FINALLY have ideas on some jutsus for her.

As for changing the site, a lot of my suggestions are out the window since they depend on the reply time for the other RPers.

I think it'd be a good idea to add "miniquests" for individual characters to take. I don't play warcraft or any other mmorpgs, but I think the idea is pretty cool.

- Unique items gained from completing quests can improve the game economy and stimulate trade

- Opportunities to create NPC characters and therefore, opportunities to create storylines with those new characters, can come up.

- Prolly more stuff >.>

I really dislike the whole chakra system thats in place, never really did actually. Something needs to be done >:|

What exactly needs to be done isn't my problem. But something about it needs to be changed @_@

Well thats nice and all, but you didnt even say why you dont like it. Makes it hard to improve something if you dont even say whats wrong with it in the first place.

I personally like the chakra system. It at least helps to show as to whether or not your character has a snowball's chance in hell to winning against someone. It also assists in the learning of jutsu.

Agreed. This rpg is more freeform than almost any I've been in and this type of chakra system is sort of like a backbone. Like, it's free, but it shows a.) a clear(in an unclear sort of way) difference between ranks b.) exactly what maz said, it shows if someone's MUCH stronger than another and c.) gives guidelines for when techniques could be used

Without it being the way it is, a genin that rp's better than a jounin will win a fight even if their character is much weaker. Thbbbt at that :-p
