I'm going to say that once one more person joins either the Uchiha or Hyuuga clans, they're going to be blocked off to new members for a while. If we have say, 12 characters, and one out of every 3 is a Hyuuga or Uchiha.. I think it's time for some diversity.

That's pretty much that, 3 people in a single bloodline is enough until we get more members, so if you were looking to join either of these clans, then I suggest you do it sooner rather than later.
