| Yeah… this is my chart. I’ve gone over it with miss Satori a few times now so I think I’m pretty much set. This is for formality’s sake
Name: Plant Manipulation
Special Items: Chakra Blossom Seeds (5)
Description: This chart involves using the powers of nature to overcome the opponent. While the early levels involve a good bit of strategy, as users progress their abilities become remarkable. Note that anyone can add new jutsu to this tree if they feel it fits…
- Overgrowth Technique Technique
Description: By pouring their chakra directly into a plant, the user is able to significantly hasten the plant’s rate of growth. Low level users can use this technique to slightly change certain plants to be better used with the plant manipulation technique. High level users can make small orchids into large forests.
- Plant Manipulation Technique
Description: My channeling their chakra in a similar way to the overgrowth technique, the user can use surrounding plants to his advantage, manipulating vines, leaves, grass, branches, etc to his liking. It takes a sharp mind to use this technique properly, but it can prove useful to even high level users.
- Vines of Restraint Technique
Description: By focusing his chakra through a series of three hand seals, the user places his palms on the ground, bringing forth vines that can wrap themselves around an opponent or object, holding them in place. The number of vines can vary, depending on how much chakra is being poured into the attack. Lower level users may only be able to wrap vines around the enemy’s legs and ankles, while higher level users may be able to completely trap the opponent. This move is strictly for holding an enemy in position, as if the user’s palms leave the ground, the technique will be released.
- Roots of the Chakra Blossom
Description: After planting a chakra blossom seed, the user can use his chakra to activate it, gaining control over its roots underground. As long as he is channeling his chakra to the plant, he can use this roots in whatever way he chooses. The most interesting thing about these roots however, is their ability to drain the enemy’s chakra once they have taken hold of them. The biggest down side for this attack is the user’s inability to attack
separately, as he must focus on the roots in order for them to attack.
- Immaculate Flower Garden
Description: By using a single chakra blossom seed and activating this technique, the landscape is covered in a wide flower bed. The flowers are only around knee high, and carry an odd sky blue color. While they may seem harmless to the eye, the scent and pollen given off by the flowers actually cast a genjutsu over the opponent, slowing down their reactions and senses. The more time the enemy spends in the flower garden, the more sluggish the victim will be.
- Forest Genesis: Chakra Blossom Tree
Description: An incredibly complex technique, the chakra blossom requires an enormous amount of chakra to complete, using chakra as a source of nourishment to help it grow. Once the user has planted the seed and used his chakra to activate this technique, the blossom begins as a small sapling, standing at only about four feet high. At this point, it begins its first stage of growth. Using its roots, the plant attacks the enemy in a similar fashion to the vines of restraint technique, hoping to gain a hold of him or her. If the opponent is ensnared, the tree begins feeding off their chakra, using it to help itself grow to a larger size.
After draining the opponents chakra for at least two turns, the roots release the opponent, digging themselves back into the ground as the tree sprouts to a high of almost ten feet in the air. The flowers on the branch begin to blossom, they begin to give off a genjutsu inducing pollen, dulling the senses and reactions of the opponent, leaving the user unaffected.
If the user chooses, he can give additional chakra to the tree, allowing him to control the roots of the tree while he attacks. This can become an incredible aid to the user, as he can use the roots to cover his attacks, or attack from a different direction, as well as hold the enemy in place for a finishing move.
Once 5 turns have passed, the chakra blossom tree will be complete, allowing for the user to use its most powerful technique, “Dance of the Falling Blossoms”. This technique can be triggered at any point after 5 turns, but once it is activated, both the genjutsu pollen and attacking roots are dispersed. The remaining chakra left in the tree is sent directly into the leaves, while begin to glow neon blue. They then fall from their branches and take flight, all of them homing in on the enemy, or enemies, as per the user’s wishes. The leaves hover around attacking the opponent for two full rounds, and number in the hundreds.
A single strike from a fallen blossom will do minimal damage, most likely just drawing a line of blood wherever it strikes, but a large number of wounds from this technique could be fatal.
- Summoning Technique: Malboro
Description: By drawing sacrificing their own blood, along with a large amount of chakra, the user can summon the monster Malboro, an enormous monster who’s very breath can poison the landscape. Known for it’s treacherous personality, and general disregard for its surroundings, Malboro is used in only the most dire of circumstances. His powers revolve mostly around his astounding ability to pollute, with attacks that are able to form entire swamps.
