| Name: Weapon Mastery
Special Item: Melee weapon of choice, within reason. Extra pack of either shuriken or kunai.
Description: A long and difficult road awaits those who wish to use this style of combat, but those that are willing are well rewarded for their efforts. A form that revolves around perfecting the use of weapons in all their forms. From the early stages of projectiles to the later of whatever melee weapon the user wishes. Fighting a master of this style can prove to be a nightmare as they always seems to have a trick up their sleeve.
- Pinpoint Accuracy Level 1
Description: An unusual trait for a fresh genin to have, almost perfect aim with a shuriken or kunai. Of course this skill comes in handy in more ways than one. At this level the user could hit the bullseye of a target 80% of the time.
- Dual Throwing Level 1
Description: After working on their throwing technique a bit more the user may now throw perfectly with both hands at the same time. Their accuracy will not go down while throwing weapons out of each hand. At this lever however they lose accuracy if they throw more than one weapon from each hand.
- Speed Throw Level 1
Description: By studying the best way to throw a weapon the user is not only able to throw the weapon faster it also travel slightly faster than average.
- Pinpoint Accuracy Level 2
Description: A short sequence of level. The user now has perfect accuracy, while using one hand at least. They may also use an abnormal amount of weapons in one throw and still have them hit their mark dead on.
- Melee Mastery Level 1
Description: After gaining a solid feel for projectiles the user now moves onto mastering their melee weapon of choice. Their skill at this level is comparable to any level 1 specialist, however due to them being a more solid shinobi it is slightly better.
- Dual Throwing Level 2
Description: The user has now become closer to mastering this technique. They can now throw two weapons from each hand without having it effect their accuracy.
- Melee Mastery Level 2
Description: Taking a break from projectiles the user now works on their melee proficiency. Again this level is comparable to the level 2 skill of a specialist. At this level however, the gap between the two is lower as the specialist is no longer a fresh genin with no experience.
- Speed Throwing Level 2
Description: By reducing movement into a single snap motion the user can now throw a projectile quicker than most shinobi. The speed of the actual projectile is also increased and travels faster then average.
- Dual Throwing Level 3
Description: Upon reaching this level the user may now throw with both hands as if it was one.
- Piercing Throw Level 1
Description: Taking a different approach to throwing the user focuses on power. By focusing chakra into the projectile they then release it with a longer style of throwing. The effect is it creates a high velocity shot that can penetrate some defenses.
- Melee Mastery Level 3
Description: Having almost mastered the use of projectiles the user now goes back to work on their melee skills. This level is slightly worse than a specialist at the same level.
- Speed Throwing Level 3
Description: Throwing speed has no equal. The throw itself seems to come out of nowhere, having almost no movement at all. The actual projectile itself now travels at a speed where it becomes hard to even see., much less dodge. This level signifies mastery in the art of using projectiles.
- Piercing Throw Level 2
Description: While there is still one jutsu left to learn, this jutsu is a bit of an offshoot of the main technique. It is almost identical to the previous level, only the amount of chakra contained in the weapon is higher and the speed much faster. This has the ability to penetrate most defenses
- Melee Mastery Level 4
Description: While this is the last level of the melee mastery the user is unable to match a level 4 specialist. The user is clearly better than a level 3, but unable to take on someone who has fully mastered the use of a single weapon.
