Description: As we all know shinobi are born able to manipulate a certain element. For those gifted with the wind element this chart is open to them. Wind happens to be one of the more offensive elements due to the sheer power that wind itself has. These techniques range from bursts of wind capable of splintering trees to concentrated lashes able to slice an enemy cleanly in half. Not only is this chart dangerous by itself but it makes quite a few deadly combo’s when mixed with others.

- Hanshateki Kaze Chikara (Reflecting Wind Force)
Description: A simple technique that even the weakest shinobi can perform. While this technique has its uses in combat situations it’s often used for training because it contains the basics of wind manipulation. By simply emitting chakra into their hands the user can release something similar to a gust of wind at an oncoming projectile. This simply lets the user repel or redirect the said projectile.
- Ririntaru Kaze (Biting Breeze)
Description: Another very basic technique that only requires the user to know how to manipulate the wind element. The shinobi releases a weak gust of wind from their mouth that at first seems like a gentle breeze. After it travels a few feet the wind begins to pick up motion. By the time it reaches up to ten feet away it has as much force as a normal punch. This technique is obviously stronger if the enemy is farther away but dissipates after about fifteen feet.
- Kire Hitofuki (Slicing Gust)
Description: The first jutsu that takes wind and concentrates it into something more compact. This launches a very thin visible blade of wind at the enemy. This blade is about the size of a shruiken but looks visibly like gray arc. The blade is rather weak so it even has trouble cutting through trees at this point. At most it can cut like a normal sword swing. Unlike Ririntaru Kaze though it gets weaker as it travels farther.

- Kaze Bakuhastu (Wind Explosion)
Description: Finally a more advance jutsu that requires some practice to obtain. The user of this jutsu stirs up a ball of wind in front of his hands where it swirls in circles until it reaches the size of a basketball. The ball then releases from the shinobi’s hands and hits the target and explodes outwards with the force of an exploding tag. While this obviously doesn’t make explosions it does send people flying accompanied with a few cuts. The shinobi may use this jutsu with a war fan for extra effect.
- Kaze Hai (Wind Wall)
Description: Another defensive technique that is basically Kaze Chikara in a stronger form. The shinobi gathers chakra in all of his limbs where it gathers the actual air around the user against his skin. The compressed air is then released in every direction creating a large gust of wind that literally rips up the ground around the user. This technique cancels most genin rank ninjutsu and all projectiles, as well as tosses back any enemies within the area back. The wind walls grow out about five feet in all directions including above the shinobi.
- Chippoke Tatsumaki (Tiny Tornado)
Description: A very well known technique that creates a small tornado from the user’s mouth. When the tornado touches the ground it detaches from the shinobi and rushes at the enemy. The vertical column is as tall as the shinobi because it literally detaches from their mouth. The column can travel up to thirty feet and anything caught in the tornado not only suffers a large amount of cuts and slices but is thrown back. The user may call one of these with a war fan.

- Kenkaze (Sword Wind)
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a whirlwind blade around their opponent with their chakra. It slices through them easily, as it is said that "nothing can stop a blade of wind.
Chakra Range: 15,000 – 24,999
- Kaze Boufuu (Wind Storm)
Description: A very advance version of Kaze Bakuhastu that is more then twice as strong. By exhaling a large sum of chakra the shinobi can unleash a gigantic wind storm. This storm ravages through the land and has enough power to tear up the terrain around the shinobi and anyone caught in this (Allies included) suffers many large cuts and gashes as well as being tossed around like a rag doll. The gale travels up to thirty feet and is twenty feet wide at its peak. (About twenty feet away)
- Tsumeato Boufuu (Ravaging Gale)
Description: A simple idea that sadly takes a lot of chakra. The user inhales a large breath of air and amplifies it with chakra then releases with hundreds of times of force. This wave is capable of holding back small armies if used correctly but causes little to no direct damage unless someone is unlucky enough to be thrown back or hit with a rock.
- Choukokubustu Kaze (Carving Wind)
Description: A powerful technique that compacts wind to the point where it cuts through anything it touches. It basically makes a large arc that spans about five feet and travels up to fifty feet at high speeds. Anything it touches is easily cut in half including boulders. Despite being so easy to launch and how powerful they are the enemy only needs to jump over it to dodge it.
Chakra Range: 25,000 – 50,000
- Ransengan (Wind Spiral)
Description: A Ninjutsu technique incorporating the chakra control needed for both the tree climbing training and water walking training. With the type of chakra control needed for the tree climbing training, the ninja focuses a set amount of chakra into the palm of their hand. The result is a powerful chakra blast, powerful enough to obliterate almost all enemies. May only be used twice a thread.
- Houmen Boufuu Chikara (Release Gale Force)
Description: A very powerful technique where the shinobi uses the same principles as ransengan to create a similar looking ball. This ball is much larger in size though and instead of being used in melee combat is launched at the enemy. This orb can splinter trees and break boulders into chunks after releasing a large wave of wind. While getting hit by the orb itself may kill anything caught in it, the released winds only cause large gashes. This jutsu consumes so much chakra that the user may only use it twice per battle – three times if they have more then 75,000 chakra. This technique may not be used in melee combat because the force released by the orb can and will kill the user.
