As summer dwindles to autumn New York starts showing it's bright orange and red colors. Tourist are coming from all over New York to see these colors. Though still the air is tense in NYC. The virus isn't going to stop for anyone, not even for the visiting ones.

first floor
The main entrance to Xavier's mansion is on the first floor, as well as a back entrance that the residents use for access to the swimming pool and much of the rest of the estate. There are numerous surveillance and security system on the first to alert the residents to the presence of any visitors or intruders. The first floor contains a magnificently furnish living room and main dining room, as well as a more informal dining room, used for breakfasts and lunches, and a casual sitting room, often used by visitors to the school. An enormous library is located to help students study as well as the dining room and the kitchen. Everything is decorated the same, dark would accents with dark green cloth scattered all about everywhere. A small Rec room is also located down here for when the students get bored upon weekends.

second floor
Going up the grand stair case, located just to the right of the entry way. These stairs carry you up to the many hallways that wind and twist. The main hallway splits to the left and right, separating into the East and West Dormitories. East belonging to the girls and West to the boys. Within these halls also lays many of the classrooms that these students take. The classes vary in size but never hold more than 15 students. The West and East observation decks can also be found here. Decorated with lawn furniture for those who wish to sit and simply relax and listen to the children play and the birds sing.

third floor
Another small stair case leads you up to one of the more quieter levels of the school. Here you will find the headmaster’s office, study, and quarters. As well as the X-Men quarters up here. Now, students are only allowed up here for when they wished to be tutored, need to talk to a teacher or an X-Men, or need to talk to Xavier. Students are not allowed up on this floor after the time of Ten O’clock pm. The only exception to this rule would be for the use of the infirmary that is located on this floor.

Now we’re goin’ down! Down here, you’ll find a lot of things that students use as well. Including Science Labs, Technology Labs, Garage, Indoor Pool, and storage room. Everything down here students have access too outside of the Storage Room. That requires a key that most teachers carry around with them during the day just in case they need something. Though all keys are to be returned to Xavier by the end of the day. A second Infirmary is also down here just in case things go wrong with those chemicals those students will be messing with.

sub-basement
NO STUDENTS ALLOWED in any room that isn’t the Danger Room. And to enter said room, students MUST have a teacher with them to supervise them. Down here you’ll find everything that deals with X-Men and Junior X-Men. Locker rooms for X-Men And Junior X-Men team members. Cerebro and the Danger Room. The Jet hanger is down here located just below the basketball court. The large Infirmary is placed here. It holds a lot of the large equipment such as an X-Ray machine and a MRI machine as well. The most state of the art equipment is only allowed here in the Xavier Mansion.

fountain
A beautiful fountain that lays in the middle of a circular lay of grass directly in front of the school. Around this grass is the drive way that leads up to the love front steps of the school. This fountain is running usually year round. And in the winter the water usually freezes, creating a very beautiful look to it as it shines in the moon light at night it’s really wonderful. People seem to find it fun to ice skate on it but it is usually forbidden for it’s not large enough for such activities.

courts
The school holds many courts. From Tennis, Volleyball, and Basketball courts. They are free to use at any time before school Curfew that is. But who follows those rules anyway? Lines are panted upon all these courts, they are all fenced off so balls don’t go flying into the wrong courts, and there are small metal benches around each courts for those that wish to watch to have a nice place to sit.

outdoor pool
Not exactly heated like the Indoor pool, but it is kept at a constant 65° all year around. Yea, that’s not exactly toasty warm but everyone’s body gets used to the temperature and soon its hard to get out cause they don’t want to get cold. At night lights shine beneath the water in many colors. Colors can be changed by anyone there. During the day on weekends and during breaks you can find many students and teacher alike enjoying the pool.

japanese garden
A beautiful garden lined with coble stone paths that give you an easy way to access to the man beautiful flowers and cherry blossom trees. Many of the flowers featured here would be the Lotus, Mokuren flowers, Unknown beauties, and Tsubaki flowers. Benches are scattered all around the garden to provide a place to sit and simply watch the beautiful flowers.

Filled with at least 10 stables, one horse in each this place is where the horses of the school. Students are allowed to ride these horses as long as they have another one around. Doesn’t technically have to be a teacher, just students must use the buddy system when riding, at least that way if someone gets hurt the other can call for help.

boat house
A house that holds many of the things needed to take a row boat or a paddle boat out onto Breakstone Lake. Its large and can hold quite a large boat. Though there is no such boat on the grounds as of yet, students are allowed to take boats out and go fishing for their dinner or lunch if they happen to want to eat some fish.

breakstone lake
A pristine lake that lays on the outer most part of Xavier’s grounds. It is large, and holds many things from small tadpolls to large catfish shifting about onto the bottom of the lake. Herring and other aquatic birds can be found floating out upon this lake early in the morning or late at night. The moon shines brilliantly upon the cool still water at night. There is a small beach on the shores of the lake where many students go to have fun for a very nice date.

hillriver forest
A beautiful and dense forest lays just outside the school. Many students play and relax in this beautifully green forest but are warned not to mess with the natural wildlife that lays deep within. There are a few clearings where students set up to train with each other or to simply hang out so they don’t have to do so in the crowded school.

Housing the president and many other important government figures there are many riots going on about mutant rights and the like. In this place you'll find the White House, Capital Hill, The Pentagon, and The Mutant Control Agency.

The Weapon X facility has been completely rebuilt. All mutants being relocated are sent here first for containment, evaluation and then departure. The "special cases" are kept in the underground base for further "investigation." It is sometimes laughingly nicknamed the "Mutant Ellis Island."

atlantic city, new jersey
After having the registration act put back into place. A place to detain and control mutants had to be created and it lays in Atlantic City. Any dangerous mutant that has been found and notified that they need to register and didn't do so is placed here to keep everyone else. Now, since most mutants are seen as dangerous, any mutant that has been caught doing a criminal act that is worth jail time is sent there, where a field is placed that negates all powers.
