Perhaps not everyone is old enough to remember the release of MK3 all that well, but how did those that do remember it react to the new features(run bar, multiplayer codes, new characters, revamped characters, no Scorpion, unmasked Sub-Zero, etc)?

Personally, it didn't feel like a Mortal Kombat game to me at first. I had to warm up to it - and that's a bit hard to do at 25c per game. I eventually got the game for SNES and really got into it. The release of UMK3 made me a lot happier though.

i love MK3. I think it was much better than MK2, as i didn't much care for MK2. Mk3 had the combos, and i loved that. Also, it brought Sektor, my favorite cyborf, so i had to love it. :)
