I haven't been on here in awhile so I thought I would give everyone a brief update into what's been going on.
Let's see.......
I've been busy with the little guys. My youngest Zane who is 5 months old now has Plagiocephaly & Tortocollis (flat spot due to tight neck muscles, basically). So he's going to physical therapy once a week to help with the muscle tightness and we'll be seeing a specialist soon about getting him fitted for a helmet to help with the flat spot. I noticed him holding his head to one side quite a bit so I was pretty proactive about it since he was 2 weeks old. It's not too bad but it still needs to be corrected. My older daughter who is 16 is having a hard time with school so we've had a few meetings to discuss her IEP and get her the help she needs. Looks like she's doing a bit better now.
We're also potty training my 2 yr old Jacob, he's doing pretty good. We're not pushing it on him but letting him go when he asks to and he seems almost ready.
StrollerFit® is doing well, I went to the StrollerFit® convention a few weeks ago and got certified in Mom n' Tot Yoga™ which I think I'll be teaching this next year. It's a great class format for moms and kids 3 to 12 yrs old. We also had our StrollerFit® Fall Festival, it was so much fun. The kids were so cute in their costumes. We also had Tim Tialdo from Great Day St. Louis come to class about a week ago and we should be on later this week. So keep an eye on channel 4 at 10AM to see our StrollerFit® class at St. Louis Mills. When I know for sure what day it will air I'll post on here if anyone wants to see it.
