for Mind, Body & Baby St Louis Parents Community

This network message board is provided as a resource for parents in the St Louis and surrounding areas. Our membership is not limited to St Louis, all are welcome. However, activities and information is generally localized to the St Louis area. Feel free to contact the administrators if you have any questions or need information.

PLEASE NOTE: This board is a public site and can be viewed by guests. However, many of the forums are private and can only be viewed by registered members. You must be a registered member in order to post or reply in forums.

Membership
· You must be a registered member to post or reply on this board. To apply for membership go here.
· Only registered members may view private forums, such as The Photo Album, Playdates & Playgroups, New Arrivals, and more. These forums are kept private for the comfort and security of our members.
· Membership may be terminated at any time for any reason and your IP addresses may be banned from re-registration.
· Members that have been inactive for a period of 45 days may be deleted. If you would like to become active again, you can do so by re-registering.

Businesses Wishing to Advertise
· You must be a registered member in order to advertise.
· To avoid board clutter and commercials, advertisements are only allowed in the Advertise Your Business forum under The Market Place or in your personal member profile.
· Advertisements include, but are not limited to, personal mention or promotion of your own companies, businesses, profit or nonprofit organizations, retail products, services, websites, etc.
· Inappropriate or profane advertisements are strictly prohibited.
· Advertisements placed in forums other than Advertise Your Business, without prior permission, will be deleted or moved.
· A simple title or URL link to your website or advertisement is allowed in your member signature. However, any title or link the administrators feel is inappropriate will be removed.
· Advertisers are not allowed to email or PM (private message) members in order to advertise or promote unless requested to do so by the receiving member.
· Advertising abuse may result in membership termination and your IP address banned from re-registration.
· Certain pre-approved members of the Mind, Body & Baby Network will be allowed to post limited advertisements in other forums.

Safety & Privacy
· This is a public board and can be viewed by guests and therefore care should be taken in posting and sharing private or sensitive information.
· Your private information used for registration will not be shared with anyone outside of Mind, Body & Baby without your permission.
· It is recommended that you do not post your full name, address, phone number or email address and do not include them in your profile or signature.
· Using your first AND last name as your member ID is not recommended.
· Use caution when sharing information about your or other’s children.
· If you wish to share your details with someone, do not post, use the PM (private message) system.
· Use extreme caution when meeting other members for the first time outside of the board.

Etiquette
· Please avoid outright profanity. (“Bleeps” and symbols are ok.)
· Membership diversity is encouraged -- discrimination is not. No racial, ethnic, gender, religious or sexual identity insults, or any other discrimination is allowed.
· Spam is not allowed – including posts, PMs (private message), email, etc.
· Pornography, warez, and any other illegal activities are not allowed.
· Be respectful. All opinions are encouraged, just keep in mind that not everyone may agree or feel the same way as you do. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and entitled to respectfully disagree.
· Avoid hurtful or harmful posts.
· Post in an appropriate forum. If your topic is placed in the wrong forum, it may be moved.
· If you feel another member’s post is inappropriate or violates the board rules or is illegal, you may click on the “report” button at the top right of the post in question to alert the administrators.
· Warnings: All members will see a “warning” graph on each of their posts. You can only see your own graph and not other’s. This graph shows any warnings you have received from the administrators and how close you are to deletion.

Other Info
· The administrators reserve the right to edit or remove any posted content. Topics may be moved, deleted or closed to keep the board organized and up to date.
· By registering on this board, you agree that your membership and IP address may be deleted and/or banned at any time without any warning or explanation.
· Mind, Body & Baby, its administrators and Invisionfree are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from your use of this board or interaction with its members or guests. Nor are they responsible for the content or accuracy of information provided by its members.
