Jamie was born as the only daughter to her parents Jason and Lindsay Evers Kellerby. Her father was a muggle and her mother’s family, hoping to keep the wizarding line going had all but disowned their daughter when she married Jason. A few years later the happy couple moved from England to the United States to start up their business and a year later had Jamie. For the first ten years of her life she lived in the US and grew up as a fairly normal child with the exception of having powers. She was always rather mischievous, adventurous, brave, and outspoken. But when she was ten her parents died in a mysterious plane crash on the way to Hawaii and she was sent to live with the only family she had left, her grandfather, though she had never met him, Mr. Cecil Evers.

Upon arriving at his home back in England she found him to be rather hard to live with as he was very blatant, stubborn, and overbearing at times. And Jamie, still upset over the loss of her parents, became fairly difficult herself over the next few years. Her school invitation had arrived on her 11th birthday and her grandfather was quite glad that she would be attending a wizarding school, he hoped that it would help her to be in a different environment and make some friends, though she wasn’t so sure she liked the idea of it.

Small RP Sample:
Tired of working on the same old essay for the past several hours Jamie wadded up yet another piece of parchment and tossed it into the fire before sighing. She sat back in her chair and closed her eyes for a moment wondering if there was anything else to do at this time a night around here that could possibly be anymore exciting than sitting here writing about flobberworms.

She opened her eyes just in time to see a ghost floating out of the common room and without even hardly thinking about it she was up in a flash following it down the corridor wondering where it may be headed.
