Administrative Note: The following was taken from Agent Fortunae's psychological review, conducted by Dr. ¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€ ¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€.
Kira seems to display a severe case of APD, and possibly Asperger's Sydrome. She was one of the longest evaluations I ever had, and that was probably due to the fact that she refused to speak with me for nearly a week, claiming that she felt no need to speak to a psychologist, she was mentally well enough to do her job. Before I lost my temper, Kira gave in due to a innate restlessness she has, and the fact that she cannot stand idle for long. She seems to be suffering from passive aggressive behaviors, considering her lack of trust for others and her tendencies to lash out in aggression, probably to rile me up. She seems to be very narcisstic, taking a considerable amount of pride in her skills, and seems to overcompensate to hide shame. Despite this, or perhaps because of it, with some mental rehabilitation later in her career, Kira would be a perfect candidate for Project Seven.

She is one of the fittest women I have ever come across, this isn't saying much, I do the L5s fitness tests, keep that off the record, Clancy...
She has a strange symbol tattooed to her back; we've run standard memetic tests, nothing has popped up, so the Gammas are pretty happy right now.

On an unrelated note, Dr. ¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€ was found dead in his office two weeks later; Church of the Second Coming agents are suspected. - L5-1

Weaponry:

After standard testing, it has been determined that Kira is highly adaptive and responsive with small, easy-to-carry weaponry. She has shown a great deal of proficency with daggers, kukris, and kamas. She has been issued two standard combat knives, a prototype 'flintlock' pistol, and granted a prototype 'pneumatic dartgun', with darts poisoned with [Data X-Sponged] (Administrative Note: Goddammit, L5-2. - L5-1) that allows her to stun or knock out her opponents unconscious, which should make taking people into custody a lot easier.

Administrative Note: Agent ¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€¨€ disappeared 3 hours after making this statement, and was found naked and concussed, tied to the roof of OCI-¨€¨€¨€¨€'s containment unit with ropes made out of his clothes approximately 2 days later. He is still undergoing psychological therapy.

BACKGROUND:

Administrative Note: The following is based on an interview Agent Fortunae provided upon joining Project Seven. Not every detail has been confirmed yet, and many agents actively doubt this is the whole truth, but all investigated points have checked out thus far.

Kira had a normal life, with normal people, and normal things (in general) in some small town outside Uuranor. But see, as we all know, Kira likes making things complicated. Kira likes seeing new things. And finally, Kira is impatient, and very easily bored. How long do you think she was amused by this life? Not very long..

When she came of age, instead of settling down like her parents intended, she went off adventuring, finding it more interesting to see the world. At one point, she went to Uuranor and joined the guard. But the problem was.. that the guard, was simply.. well.. too boring. Nothing could sate Kira's want for action. And evidentally.. Uuranor was not the place for attention. Seriously: it was the city of light. Obviously, there wasn't that many crimes there. So, instead of staying and lurking in Uuranor.. she eventually travelled to Imperial City.. where things were simply more dramatic.

And it was. Very dramatic for her. She liked being in the Imperial City guard. After all: the guard was always doing something. Granted, they were a bunch of assholes, but still, it was better then eating daisies in Uuranor. Plus: her tracking skills, and ability to make obvious connections, made her a very favored member amongst higher ranks. If they wanted to get a popular criminal in custody.. well: guess who they called on? There were even reports that her skills were becoming rather famous amongst the Vertiom, and that one of them attempted to assassinate her during one of her patrols through the city.

Here, is where she nearly died. But somehow, someway, she was revived. By who? She didn't know, never would know. But after that, things got a little strange.

A random member of the guard that she had never heard of before, had assigned her a task to find someone based on two words. Pey Sept. Eager for something to do, Kira pursued it. And boy, was it a long journey, as

I'd like to state, however, that she is a trifle young (23? L3 already? Ho snap).
If you could invent (no, srsly) some 'events' that she solved, throw in a nice little bunch of dossier-like details (e.g. medals, clearance level, et al), then I would be perfectly fine with this on my end, and it would just be down to Katie OR AVVY NOW THAT SHE'S BACK.

Finally, I have no objection to the 'Kira's Law' thing, but if you could summarise it into one simpler lone law, that would be perfect.
Also a little nice if not EVERYONE knew it, because like, not everyone would know everyone in Project Seven, yeah?
