Stormwind Stormwind has drastically expanded since the reign of King Phillip, growing from the castle to a bustling city with a three-tiered fortress at its heart, largely due to the efforts of fleeing refugees pressed to work. Here is the true heart of Adana, and General Kantor has made extensive use of his personal Legion, the Steel Legion, to maintain law and order, and it is only here that the votes that are cast are not out of fear for their lives, but genuinely cast for the beloved General.

Istien Istien retains its role as a center for education across much of the Melior Peninsula, but largely only due to the efforts of the Knights of the Rose, who have sworn to protect the University District. Scholars come in from Meliora and the Folsted Imperium, with some even coming from Anstruth or Nheufu, if they can make the journey.
The city itself is controlled by General Burgess and the Republic Guard Legion, and is also a very safe place to be for the most part.
On the outskirts of the city, however, and occasionally when there is a large enough crowd, within the city, there is almost complete anarchy, broken up only by the Legion outposts.

Marrakesh The former Market Town is now one of the three seats of Adani government, under the control of General Thule and the Snake Eyes Legion. Market Town still sees a great deal of commerce, but prices are steadily rising and supplies are steadily falling, as more and more of what is produced is being directed towards the front lines.

The Docklands The Docklands, despite the fact that they are not under direct control of the Generals and their Legions, nonetheless are mostly under rule of law, and maintain very low crime rates, largely because Veritoim activities, no matter how illegal, are not considered crimes here.
The Bashaw of the Veritoim is effectively the viceroy of the entire area, and for the most part works for the betterment of the region, though the profit motive is still very high on his list of priorities.
The Knights of the Black Blade continue to maintain their base of operations here, but now work with the Veritoim's spies, instead of against the organisation.

The Lost Ruins A place hidden and hard to find though many forest folk know its location. It is said to be the place Leviathon was brought to his knees by the combined might of many mages and a place that holds many priceless treasures.
A small community, largely consisting of historical scholars and priests, now dwell around this somewhat sacred place, though few dare to venture within this maze of ruins.

Eastern Adan The territory east of the River Ganak was what the Lucius free state had earned during the Armistice. This included many rather prominent Melioran cities and places, such as the cities of Istien and Marrakesh, and the forests that surround these places.
The Lost Ruins are a place of pilgrimage for many scholars, and a small community has grown up there.

The Front Lines Generally speaking, while there is as yet no peace agreement, by and large the front lines are immobile, men mostly watching one another watch the other, day in and day out, as both sides are now heavily entrenched, and more importantly, have some very heavy artillery.
However, every month or so, one side will launch a 'surprise attack' that is only surprising insofar as it breaks the monotony, leading to heavy casualties all round, and little, if any, progress.
It is doubtful if the lines have moved more than a mile either way since the Armistice between Meliora and the Folsted Imperium.
