1. Rules, Rules, Rules....

1a. Sexual Content
No sexual content is allowed. Basically, no links to pornographic websites or images uploaded and in a post, signature, or avatar of sexual nature. Also, no text of sexual nature i.e. "chat sex" or the like.
1b. Violence
If I see any violence other than in a fanfic under the InuYasha category or somehow related to a video game (i.e. "I didn't know the katana could cut off heads" in the GTA forum), then we will have problems
1c. Warez
Lets make this simple: No warez. What is warez? Illegal downloads, my son. This is basically any links or uploaded files of illegal mp3s, videos, games, etc. Or roms. No links to sites with roms either.
1d. Double Posting
Let's not double post. If you want to add something, edit your last post. What is double posting? Posting two consecutive times, with no other users posting in between.
1e. Spam
Is not tolerated. DO NOT SPAM. All replies must contribute to the topic in some way.
1f. Language
Do not use excessive language. It is allowed as long as it isn't overloaded with it.
1g. Flames
DO NOT FLAME. Flaming is the insulting, fighting, name calling, etc. of another user. If you flame, the post will be edited immediately as in comes into my knowlege and the offender WILL be warned, suspended, or banned.

2. Fanfictions/FanArt

2a. Rating Limit
You may post fanfictions up to a loose R-rated level. In the R-rated level, the fanfiction can contain any level of violence, any amount of language (although if it is too extensive, the fiction may or may not be removed; you take the risk), no racial comments or language (as in the word "n****r" or something along the lines of "redneck" or "wetback"), and a low level of sexuality. This forum is NOT to be used for posts of lemons or R-rated stories with even the slightest sexual reference. Use your own common sense when rating your materials. As far as fanart goes, violence is OK if marked before hand so it is known, but no hentai (or any kind of pornographic material, for that matter).
2b. Division into Chapters
If your fanfic is divided into multiple chapters, post them on the same topic. You are allowed to double post for chapters. If divided into multiple chapters, please make each chapter a seperate post (not topic).
2c. Rules of posting in the Fanfic forum
Unless you are starting a fanfic, do not post. Do not comment or review the fanfic using the forum until the story is completed, which the author will tell you. Feel free to IM or PM the author of the story to review them, however. If anyone does reply, they will be warned and the post moved to the end of the fanfiction once finished.
2d. Abandoned
If a fanfiction is abandoned, the author will post and say so. If he doesn't say so, after three months, the story is considered abandoned, unless the author comes and edits the last post in his story saying that s/he is working on the fanfic. If the story is abandoned, you can post and comment on what the author has completed. If s/he decides to revive the fanfic, the author is to contact me by PM and inform me so I can move all comments to the end of the story.
2e. NC-17
If the fanfiction is NC-17, so basically if it is a lemon, then do NOT post it, but instead, make a topic and LINK it. And make sure there are ample warnings as to it being a lemon!
2f. Hentai
This is completely in referral to fanart. NO HENTAI, or any pornographic pictures for that matter. I take a strong stance against this. I'm pretty linient with all other rules, but if you abuse this rule ONCE, you will be given a short time-out, but TWICE, and you're gone. No three strikes here.

3. Ban & Permanent Removal

3a. How to get banned
Simply do not follow the rules. You will get a few warnings, but after that, you will be banned.
3b. How long am I banned?
As long as the administrator or moderator decides. We will be reasonable. It depends on what you did.
3c. Permanent Removal
If you have commited enough crimes to get banned twice, you will be permanently removed. That means: You never come back.

4. Rule changing

The rules can be changed at anytime. They will never be complete. If I am having a specific problem with something, it will be added. Rules will never be removed. If there is a change, a sticky note will be posted so you are aware of the change.
