Because we are not initiating classes here at Masterpiece Conspiracy just yet, it’s kind of difficult to get some house points in order to win the house cup. It’s not anything you have to do, but just something for competition. If nobody does it, there’s no harm done, I can just pick randomly if I want, but anyhow, here are some things you can do.

suggestions

If you suggest something to the forum that I consider you may receive 10 points. You may receive 30 points if I actually take your suggestion to heart, rather it’s me adding a new board or a new code. However, I don’t want stupid comments that aren’t going to get me anywhere. You can send these suggestions to me or you can post in the suggestion box.

sub-plots

If you have a good idea for a sub-plot, please feel free to write it out telling me what characters are involved and either the full story or a general outline for me to write. Writing sub-plots is kind of hard for me if I’m not in the right frame of mind. Anything at all would greatly be appreciated. You can get your house 100 points or 150 points depending on the quality of the sub-plot. Just PM all of the ideas to any of my accounts.

submitting quotes

Off to the side, you’ll see an area that has a place for a quote. I plan to change it weekly, but sometimes I don’t have time to look up a Harry Potter quote from the book or movie I really like or surf through all of the posts to take something out of text. That’s what I like to do mostly, take quotes from threads. If you have a quote from a thread you’re on, please PM or email it to me! I’d really appreciate it. If it is used, you receive 50 points for your house. Send me the URL from the site you got it from if it’s from the book and who says it or the link to the thread, the thread name, and who says it.

pictures

Each week, when I change the quote I like to put up a new picture. Many weeks I have trouble finding something good or I’m too busy to make my own. I’d love to see some of your work. Email or PM me a maximum of four for one month and you’ll receive 10 points a picture. If I use one, you receive an additional 20 points! You can make them yourself or you can find them from somewhere else. Make sure you send me correct links, don’t hotlink from others (I won’t hotlink from you), and send me the URL link you got them from. If they are your own, let me know and I’ll make sure to plug your work.

characters

My brain doesn’t hold an infinite amount of information, so if I can’t remember all of the students or people mentioned in all of the books, can you really blame me any? But if there is a character that you’ve thought I have missed for parents and should be included, such as some relative of Draco Malfoy, then PM me the characters name and who you think they should be married to, rather another character from the book or a made up name. Feel free to leave your thoughts on how many kids they would have and even gender, doesn’t mean I’ll use that though. This will get you 200 points for your house!
