Tattoos/Scars: Notekus' exterior is covered in tattoos and scars. He has a black and blue striped tattoo lining his face, where the lines meet at the base of his neck and branch out along his shoulders. He has scars on both sides of his brow, as well as a gash along his nose ridge and another jagged scar running from his ear, down his cheekbone and to his jaw, with one mandible missing from a fierce encounter in his past.
Description: Although smaller than most of his Turian brethren, standing at 6'2" he is however more muscular and made of a harder mettle than his brothers. Notekus has a long sallow face and a stern gaze but looks like any other Turian.
Equipment: Liberator Medium Armour, Thunder Mark VII Assault Rifle, Firestorm Mark VIII Shotgun, and Equalizer Mark III Sniper Rifle and 5 High Explosive Grenades.
Technique: Notekus is brutal in battle and will often use everything in his arsenal, as well as the surrounding environment to his advantage. He is not afraid of meeting his enemy head on, but is still smart and quick-witted enough to know when the odds are against him, and is not afraid to admit defeat.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Notekus is deadly at close to medium range, but however often finds himself pinned down from long range, and he hardly ever resorts to using his Sniper Rifle, but also can be overwhelmed easily, as he likes going things alone.
Personality: A ruthless Agent, who stops at nothing to defeat his enemies and to get the job done. He despises those who see fit to mock him or cast unwanted comments his way, which has lead most people to not say anything to him unless Notekus talks first.
Although considered merciless and cunning, he is respected as a leader and the Top Agent of Hydra. His quick thinking and ruthless attitude have gotten him and his comrades out of many possible dangers and although many of the lower tier of Agents among Hydra criticise him for his efforts and unwavering devotion to Hydra and to the Reapers, they all respect him for his mind, body and spirit.
Bio: Raised on the Turian homeworld of Palaven, he was orphaned at the age of six, when his Mother and father were hunted down and killed by a Human bounty hunter. He was then sent to an orphanage, where he lived until he was 14, when he ran away and lived on the streets. One day, he was picked up by an un-named extremist Turian group and trained him to be cruel, ruthless and to be deadly with any type of weapon. He was working with this group until the age of 20, when a group called Hydra was forming and contacted him, persuading him with promises of glory and unlimited power if he betrayed the group. And so he did, ending the lives of the group, he came to Hydra and joined on his 21st Birthday and has worked for them as their tool, their Agent, ever since...
