1. Be respectful of other peoples feelings, The golden rule.

2. Constructive critizim is allowed, please use your discretion to know whats appropriate, if in doubt dont say it at all. Do not be rude.

3. No Flaming other members. You will only get one warning. If it continues, you will be expelled and banned from MOCA with no questions asked.

4. Avoid use of profanity. If you use too much of it, you may be suspended or expelled from MOCA.

5. Keep cosplays PG-13. If you are unsure what PG-13 is in cosplay, go to the Cosplay Guidlines and Rules section. If you are still unsure, contact a moderator.

6. You must participate in one MOCA themed cosplay or a cosplay idea that MOCA is doing that year. If you don't, you don't have a reason to belong to a cosplay group.

7. You must join the live journal community and forum to participate in MOCA. Also, we highly recommend to get AIM. If you do not participate online, then you do not participate in the group. We are very active online and most of our cosplay themes, ideas, convention planning, etc. will be done in the LJ Community and our forum.

8. You must at least attend one convention that MOCA will have representives to. If you wish to add a convention to MOCA's list, please inform the moderators.

9. You can not use a "thrift" store cosplay outfit as one of our themed or group cosplays. If there is a character from a theme or group cosplays that have "normal" style clothing, please ask a moderator if that is fine. The idea of cosplay is to be noticed of your talents. And if you can't sew, the moderators can refrence you to someone that can either commission your costume or give you suggestions to sites and other places on the web that are useful.

10. If you would like to become a moderator or a leader in MOCA, you must be active weekly. Also, the current moderators and administratives will have to either recommend you for the position or others in the group would have to elect you for that position. You will have to fill out a quick "leadership" form and send it into the administators or moderators.
