Attack of the monster Koi!, Big fish, small people.

[Kipp]

Kipp watched the massive, slow paced Koi in the pond. He was sitting, crossed-legged with his laptop open to a page of fish species, searching for the exact type that the Koi in front of him were. He was humming quietly to himself, lost in thought. Off in his own little world, he thought of fish swimming in blue skies, having a blast. He didn't have his glasses on; they were hiding in the front pocket of his button-up shirt.

[Julie]

It was Julie's first time at Anzeer, she slipped past the gate, making her way to the garden. At first, she was enjoying the beautiful scenery, but eventually she got bored of it, deciding to leave. Though the way out of the maze wasn't the easiest thing to find. For 10 minutes she searched through it, finding no exit. It was last afternoon, and darkness was peeking in the sky. Being at a completely new place, knowing no one, and getting lost, creeped her out. She started to run now, taking all kinds of random paths until finally she saw an opening. She ran at full speed looking sacredly behind her. Then it happened, she slammed straight into Kipp, knocking both of them face first into the pond.

[Kipp]

In to the water they went... laptop and all. The surprise trip was all so very sudden to Kipp, and not his idea of 'having a calm day'. All in all, this was bad. Kipp came to the surface sputtering with fear and anxiety. He looked around to see his 'attacker' was a girl. That was the first shock. The second was... his laptop lay in the depths of the pond. Gasping, he looked all around him for any signs of the fallen comrade, but came up short. "Oh no!" he wailed, eyes beginning to water up. "What have you done?"

[Julie]

Julie came to the surface, spurting out water and coughing. "What do you mean?! You're the one who was just sitting by the edge like that!" She exclaimed, completely horrified after loosing a comrade also. Her newly made short stylish dress was now covered in disgusting fish water.

[Kipp]

"I was minding my own business." he sad sadly. Deciding to retrieve his precious, Kipp took a huge breath and dove down for the lappy. When he was in the midst of grabbing it, a humongous Koi swished up and butted him out of the way, knocking the breath out of him. Bubbles traveled to the surface in quick bursts, but Kipp did not go with them.

[Julie]

Julie rolled her eyes at Kipp's words, about to get out. But after a minute without his return, she debated on diving under. Swimming and water were never her thing, but her dress was already ruined. What the heck. She half heartedly dove under, reaching for Kipp. But the Koi returned, and with one hard hit, it slammed them out of the pond and onto the ground.

[Kipp]

A minute after they were pushed out, Kipp's baby was ejected out. It landed back on his lap where it had previously been, like nothing had happened... except that it no longer worked. The sobs were no longer trapped. Tears flowed from his face freely and gasps broke from his throat. Not wanting to show his face, Kipp leaned over and cried into his dead laptop with silent shivers.

[Julie]

Julie sat on her knees, staring warily at Kipp. She didn't like it when people cried. Never learned how to comfort them... Or she just didn't want to. "Okay, this all very sad, but I'm suffering too, alright? This dress cost me 500 dollars, fabric alone. And now it's ruined..." She glared at the pond, letting her anger seep in.

[Kipp]

"B-b-b-but, this is my only laptop." he stuttered quietly with his German accent coming out. "I saved up for years-s-s-s." he lifted his head up slightly to look at the girl. He sniffed a snotty sniff and hid his face again. "I was only t-t-t-trying to have a quiet d-day."

[Julie]

"Well so was I." Julie sighed, flipping her wet hair out of her face. "Just get over it, okay? You'll live." She nodded to herself and stood up, groaning disgustedly at the reminiscence of her dripping wet self.

[Kipp]

"L-l-live without l-l-lappy?" Kipp blubbered. "T-that's not p-possible." With great difficulty he managed to get his cries under control. He sucked in a big breath and sighed. "I will be lucky if I could ever get this fixed... at a low price. I couldn't even fix it. I have no parts, and it would cost thousands to replace."

[Julie]

"Ugh. Well I don't know about you but... I'm gonna have to make a lot more clothing, and earn some money around here. Of course everyone will buy my clothes." She said with a proud gleam in her eye, clasping her hands together. "It'll take the rest of my money for the materials though..." She clicked her tongue, suddenly in deep thought.

[Kipp]

"I don't have any money." Kipp sighed, sitting up straight and wiping his face. "I might have to get a job..." with sudden quickness, he turned to face Julie with pleading eyes. "Will you please help me... um..." How rude of him! He hadn't even asked her name yet. Hadn't his mother brought him up better than that? Kipp felt ashamed and looked at the ground with embarrassment.

[Julie]

"Just spit it out." Julie bent over, wringing the water out of her hair, not looking at Kipp. She then flipped off her soggy shoes, making a small groan when her bare feet touched the grass.

[Kipp]

Suddenly it all hit him. This whole time... Julie was a... girl. Kipp's whole face went red and his tongue tied it's self in a bow. "I-I-I-I..." he couldn't continue on so he looked away in silence.
