Downloading:
You must register as a member of the forum before you're able to use the Downloading Area.

Copy Right:
All information/links on the LPC taken from another site must be credited to avoid any copy right trouble.
If you come across a topic or anything else around the board you can find with out given either the copy right sign, or credit and information to a stolen link or information, please report a member of admin.

Spelling And Grammar:
Word your posts well, with at least basic grammar. We all learned how to write in school, so let's put that knowledge to some use. 1337 speak and abbrevations are tolerated as long as they don't make your post ununderstandable.

Flaming/Bashing:
Flaming, nastiness towards other members, or bashing is not allowed. Do not start flame wars or get involved in them. No starting fights or bringing fights into this forum. Harrassing and/or flaming another member via PM's is also not allowed and result in your ability to use the PM center revolked temporarly. Learn to respect other people’s opinions no matter how much they may differ from yours. If you disagree with anothers opinion, then please feel free to explain your side in an appropriate manner.

Politics And Religion:
Avoid politics and religion discussion as much as possible, for it can cause flame wars.

Personal Communication:
Keep anything that is between you and another person personal. Do not make a topic that is for a certain person to read, keep it to PM's. This includes apoligizing to someone.

Multiple Posting:
Multiple posting is also not allowed. Use the Edit button if you need to add something. If you happen to make a double post, please click the report button to notify a staff member so they may delete the post.

Pointless Topics:
Do not make pointless threads. Pointless topics will be closed.

Put Topics In The Right Forums:
Please post topics in the correct forum. For example, if the topic is about the Linkin Park Songs, put it in the Linkin Park Albums/Songs, forum instead of the Welcome forum. Topics that are not in the correct forum will be moved to the correct one.

Duplicate Topics:
Do not make a topic about something if there is another topic talking about the same thing. If you do make a thread that is currently being discussed in another, the duplicate topic will be closed or merged, depending on the situation.

Being Made Mod Or Admin:
Do not ask to be made a moderator or Administrator. Moderators and Administrators are appointed by the discretion of the staff. If you ask to become a moderator or Administrator then you will not become one.

Use The “Report To Moderator” Feature:
It is very important that you use the “Report To Moderator” button whenever you see a post or topic in violation of the rules. This ensures that the Mods and Admins can deal with the problem faster. You only need to hit the report button once. Constant abuse of it will result in a warn.

Going ''Off-Da-Topic'':
If you feel the need to add a comment related to the topic at hand but is moving away from what's being talked about then use the ''Off-Da-Topic'' command
Simply click on the ''Quote'' command but add ''=Off-Da-Topic'' on the first quote mark, e.g;

" [Quote=Off-Da-Topic] Blah Blah Blah [/Quote] "

With out the " obviously, just the [Quote] stuff.


Punishment for breaking the rules:

Warning 1 - Member is given a verbal warning PM
Warning 2 - Member is on moderated posts for a week
Warning 3 - Member is banned for month. If behavor doesn't improve after that, it will be a perm ban.


If you haven't broken any rules after a month of being warned, your warn level will go down by one.

Evading a perm account ban will result in the banning of your IP.
