However he has no intentions of actually joining the house, as he blames his father from his mother's death, as well as the fact that he was confined to his mother's house for most of his life due to his abilities and he not wanting others to find out. He believes that his father could have easily saved his mother from the illness that overcame her. He also believes that had his father never existed his mother could have lived a normal happy life instead of constantly worrying over him and waiting for his father to return. He'd like nothing more than to find his father and let all of his anger for the man out.

He showed her how to use her limited abilities, but let her know early on that using them around anyone else could put her in severe danger and she should only use it when she had to. Unfortunately for her father he had chosen a location too far away from the Zatemnja house than was safe for him, and so when hunters eventually came calling he was quickly killed as he slumbered during the day. This dhampir had escaped this fate as she had gone into the town to get food for herself and managed to be out during the day, making the hunters not think she was a vampire. She is quite hurt and distressed by what happened, and wants to take revenge on the men who did this to her father.

The Orphanage sold her at the age of 18 to Zidler's Place, where the owner paid a pretty penny to have her. She absolutely hates the place and wants to leave it as soon as she gets an opportunity to escape. Perhaps she'll lure one of the men she entertains to help her...
