Lost my Cd..

First, there's a dot (.) right before the install path.
Second, you didn't specify the "Keeper" folder in the install path, where all the required files are.

The mounting? So, you're under Dosbox? Why not using KeeperFX instead?

Yeah I'm on vista and looked around the net for a solution, found dosbox first, not got my head around all these expansions etc yet. The good news is that I have managed to get DK1 to play without the CD, the bad news is that I cant get deeper to work at all...

I download the Gold ISO the other say so i'm going to give that a try.

Strange thing is, if I alt and tab in and out, the graphics sort themselves out but the mouse doesnt come back.

There's a way to make Deeper Dungeons to work under Dosbox. You have to set the label of the CD to KDDISK1. Example :

mount d d:\ -t cdrom -label KDDISK1

The mouse problem is well known, you're not the only one where it happens. Mefisto is working on this.

As for the graphics, I hope you use the Windows version of Dungeon Keeper Gold, right? Did you copied/pasted the same folders : Levels, Data and LData from the CD to your HD where Keeper folder is installed and then modified the Keeper.cfg file?

i just readed this topic and i am also suffering graphics problems. There are dots all over my screen and im zoomed all way out. Zooming in isn't possible and pressing ALT+R makes it uglier.
