.........in a downloadable version of Kingdom Hearts CoM on the forums?

Its not the most legal of things but i could do it............

I was just wondering if you would really want it, you can actually play CoM on your computer but I would prefer not to, what do you think?

that would be pretty cool but my computer is busted so it wouldnt work on mine any way that would be awesome as long as your charecter doesnt freeze up while the heartless are attacking you

It would be awesome, BUT, it is illegal, so i would not reccomend it

Its not totally illegal if I put a warning that you need to have bought the game cartridge for the GBA to download the computer version. It is the persons responsibility who downloads it on what happens to them if they haven't bought the game, they can't do anything to me because they don't know who I am. The truth is you can be fined/arrested if they can get a warrant on you and find out you are playing ROMs on your computer. trust me, they is a verry slim chance they would actually track you down and arrest you, probably one in a millian. It is not allowed to play a ROM of a game you don't have but who would know you have it . The only possibility is that this board will be shut down but i doubt it because there is nothing in the Invision Free rules that says yuo can't host copywrited content.

I forgot about the infamous disclaimer. Go ahead and do it. If you put on a disclaimer, it is against federal law to do anything to you or your site (by the way, they can find out who you are, its just a matter of tracing you to your computer)

if they find you that might not be good so your best chance would to not do it btu people would have funwith it

even if they find him, if he puts a disclaimer, they cant do anything to him.

yes exactly, and i also have a constant changing IP address so it will be pretty hard to track me down.

It won't take longer then about a week, I need to configure the downloading part of it and all. It may take a while but i will make an announcment when im done.
