Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Has anyone played it yet?

I just beat the game and I was wondering if anyone else has played it yet or if anyone's going to get when it comes out in English later this year. If so, what do you guys thinks of it?

i was gonna dl it on my r4 just to give it a try before it comes out in english (and of course buy it)

but you gotta patch it, im too lazy

Apparently, the anti-piracy protection can be got around with a hex editor ... or so I heard. Anyway, I was hoping to maybe have a discussion about the game's story.

is there an option for english subtitles or text, if not i really wont be able to discuss the storyline

can you read japanese?

No English subs, sorry. I could read a little bit but mainly had to rely on spoilers found online to really understand what was going on. It's an interesting game though. Plus playing through Deep Dive at the end was cool but painfully short.

Nah,, but honestly, I don't care about the Kingdom Hearts series anymore. They pooped out at KHII. I'm just waiting for my damn KH:IH. *shakes fist*

Well, the story is kind of a mindf**k but, at least the multiplayer is cool. 13 characters plus 6 unlockables. All of the Org XIII plus new girl, Donald, Goofy, Riku, Mickey, and Sora (who is ironically the hardest character to unlock). There's no versus mode specificly but there is friendly fire and friendly lock on, both of which are optional. My friend Jonathan always kicks my ass because he only ever uses Marluxia with his bullsh*t reach.

P.S. Xion is a clone of Sora made from his memories that starts to look like Sora as the game progresses. Which wouldn't be so creepy if she didn't start off looking like Kairi.

i've played a little but only managed to work out what to do through luck since i don't know any japanese. Only properly worked out controls (except for shortcuts) from looking at what the pictures show in those tutorial bits. I accidentally spoiled for myself about Xion (although it wasn't really a suprise).

I have the english version Preordered, along with a standing preorder for Birth by Sleep for the PSP when it arrives. (Hurrah for knowing almost everyone in the local gamestop, to the point the manager wishes he could pay me from all the time I spend there helping out... xD)

Also, I knew it. SE stole SH. lol.

as for birth by sleep... i wonder how SE is going to explain why ventus and roxas look the same... and why ventus' shirt is basically half of roxas' shirt. theyre really gonna twist the story around i can tell you that.

event if they hadn't stated that.... its painfully obvious that theyre connected. hmm.... i also noticed that terra looks like Xehanort/Xemnas too.... just ALOT younger. im telling you... theyre going to really twist the story up.
