Dr Who.

I like Smith... he is a throw back to the original Dr's. I also like his assistant. They work well together.

So far so good with the new doctor.

I did like the blink episode last night.

I saw the first one with David Tennant and that scared me.

I did feel this one missed a few points though.

Why did this new doctor not know everything about them? He came after DT so should have remembered.

Thats the only complaint I have though..angels still scary...DONT BLINK.

Yes, but the way I read it the woman new a bit more because she came from the future. The Current angels evolved and adapted since he last saw them.

I also enjoy the new Dr and his assistant Amy Pond.

if u think back to when david tennent was in the library with those shadows people she was there then that woman with the blond hair ime sure she is a time traveler to but shes up to something she sed she didnt want to go back to prison when she talked to that soldier i wonder what she has done as for him not rembering i think hes still not full regenerated yet so he will have bouts of not knowing as david tennant did still weeping angels it was good wait for the second part

She could have been a Time Lord prisoner or a runaway prisoner. But then so was the Dr. In the original series, he escaped from his home planet of the time lords. And in the last episode of Patrick Troughton's time as the Doctor he was chased by the Time Lords, eventually captured and then banished to Earth.

We are a bit behind here, only saw the first episode with the new doctor last week, but I have to admit to liking him. Me and my hubby spent most of the first episode laughing our heads off, in between feeling sorry for the young girl. Though he was a breath of fresh air. DT's doctor was getting a bit too melancholy

yep shes called river song an archeologist from the future they have met a few times first time in the library the doctor knows when shes going to die but she also knows something about him to do u know the doctors real name in the series

Yes. She appeared in the episode "The Fires of Pompeii" in a minor role as a member of the sibiline sisterhood.

I also remember going to the pictures in the 60's to see the Dr Who films with Peter Cushing as Doctor Who. Bernard Cribbons as one of the Dr's assistants in the film (in the other film Roy Castle played the other assistant). He also appeared with David Tennant in many episodes.

I think that is the point; they've got everybody thinking. It also could be his mother, sister, friend, lover, or his regenerated dog from when he was a kid.
