I'm surprised to be hearing the problem with finding this girls address after her dailling 999 saying she was locked in the home with her mother who had fallen down and wouldn't wake up. The little girl was able to give her mother's full name and house number and other information but not the address.

I thought all 999 calls from homes could be automatically registered?

Very worrying to think the little girl is still trapped in that house and her mother unconscious or worse. Hoping there's a happy outcome soon to be heard on the news.

sad.gif I thought that as well. I saw it on a programme where they say they send out the ambulance as soon as the call comes in as they know the address.

I was under that impression as well, perhaps it was a mobile? Even then you would have thought they could ring back and get the child to bang on a window to get some attention or something along those lines...

I would like anything other than to be told 'dont be naughty little girls again.'.

Maybe a boot camp is a good idea.

I do think they need some form of punishment. Other people could have been dying whilst they were messing about and they need to understand this.

Maybe they should be given a firm authoritive talking to whilst being put on a probation period for 6 months where they have to report with their parents and show something good they've done for society.
