What Ho chaps and chapettes.
I won on the euromillions last night so thats good for me. Not millions but enough to buy me another bottle of cider or 50 bullets. Talking about cider. Take a look at the drink aware website I think it's very good. http://www.drinkaware.co.uk/ You can plot how much you drink each day and it keeps a record of how many units and calories you partake of each day, it also keeps a record of how much you spend on booze as you go along. Its a great game you should see my score Im well above the national average so im gonna take some beating. Sherry I also didnt have any chocolate yesterday and I done a 5 mile walk through the Devon country lanes I saw a mouse running across the road as well, I think it stopped and waved at me but I didnt have my glasses on so cant be sure. Right it's coffee and crumpets time, Crumpets with peanut butter and a light sprinkling of salt should do the trick. TALLY HO!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hi Patrick
I have just eaten a Mars bar It's quite sickly really so I'm hoping I won't crave chocolate again today. If it works I might have one everyday to combat my craving. At least I'll only be eating one sweet thing a day instead of half a dozen. So in that respect I'll have cut down |
