Using Imageshack (link below).
http://www.imageshack.us/ When you've got the site up you'll notice a tick box for 'resize image'. You'll see a drop down menu. Go to 640x480 (for message boards) and then tick the box next to 'resize image'. Then follow the instructions below. 1. Go to Browse and then browse for you photo on your computer (it should be in your pictures). 2. Upload (or double click on the photo) 3. Click on Start up load. 4. Once uploaded go to the bottom of image shack. You'll see three options the top option (URL number; which is called 'Hotlink for forums (1)'). Copy and paste that section into your post. That is it.
