Admin, mods and members are getting very tired of ...
... people demonstrating an inability to hold a discussion or follow up a point on this forum in a constructive manner. There's something to be said for following the adage, 'if you have nothing constructive to say, it's probably best to say nothing.' When people put up posts, it's usually an invitation to comment on, or follow up what has been said with opposing views or posts in agreement of the OP. It seems that there is a small number of posters here who appear to be finding it difficult to argue a point and are therefore resorting to childish sarcasm and taunting. This is having the effect of 'killing' threads and preventing constructive discussion. Admin and mods will edit and/or delete as we deem appropriate and this will be done if we come across such postings without warning. Members are also reminded that personal comments are not allowed. If you have a differing view to a poster then by all means voice that view but in a respectful manner. Hopefully we can then all look forward to some good debates. Admin. |
