I love these stories. biggrin.gif
QUOTE
It’s late, it’s dark and you’re in the middle of nowhere. Perhaps you’re walking down a lonely stretch of moonlit road, maybe you’re in a desolate parking lot trying to get your car started or perhaps you’re nestled in the warmth of your own home reading yourself to sleep; whatever the circumstance, you find yourself in an isolated locale when you’re suddenly startled by a sharp knock at the door or window. You look up from your steering wheel or cautiously pull back the curtain to see… wait for it… a pair of thin, trendily dressed, usually olive skinned teenagers.

Sounds pretty anti-climatic, right? But just wait; these aren’t your average, ordinary scallywags. These adolescents have something horribly wrong with them — something almost none of the witnesses notice at first glance — it’s their eyes. These “creatures” have no white corneas, no colorful irises, just a pair of big, black, shark-like eyes that inspire abject horror in all who have claimed to have seen them.

What’s worse is that these bizarre younglings aren’t content to scare you and continue on their merry way; no they are insistent that you help them. They stare through you with those dull ebony orbs and demand you let them in your car and give them a ride home or that they be allowed into your house to use your phone. The most horrifying aspect of all of this is that those who claim to have encountered these sinister kids swear that they’ve had to actively resist the temptation to do their bidding, as if their voices carried some sort of hypnotic influence.

Just remember that you must never let them in your house or car. Apparently one man's mother did and she rang him to tell him so and he rushed off to her house and when he got there, she was dead of a massive heart attack and no sign of the Black Eyed Child she'd let in.

Obviously they're aliens of some sort ... probably hybrids.

i think they sound more like vampires, as their story is very similar to how vampires cant enter your house unless you invite them in.

ive never heard of that ending to a story les, all of the stories i have read about black eyed kids have the person not letting them in. i did wonder what would have happened if someone did let them in though, i imagined they would have died because they look dangerous and theres no stories told by someone who let them in.

Strange you should say that, as it was my first thought - hybrids. Reminded me a bit of Men in Black. There could be one living right near any of us ninja.gif

Yes, I suppose that's possible, but from what I can gather, the BEKs (as they're more commonly known) either walk or ride bicycles. I have no idea why that should be but I suspect that a folding bike fits better into a space ship of some sort. I don't know that for sure though.

I think riding unicorns would be even more fitting. They say one bag of rainbows is enough feed to gallop all the way to planet LaLa. biggrin.gif

Yes, Duck. Comfort_a_friend.gif You're getting very predictable, you know. biggrin.gif
Anyway, here's another scary BEK story.
QUOTE
One of the most terrifying stories that I come across are those that involve the so-called “Black Eyed Kids” or BEKs. These stories come from people all over the world. They all describe similar feelings and events. Almost always, they say that the encounter is the most terrifying thing that has ever happened to them. BEKs are said to be ordinary looking children except for one thing: their completely black eyes.

Aside from their eyes, the feeling of fear, paranoia and dread comes over the witnesses. Seemingly out of nowhere. Just like the BEKs. I myself do not know if such creatures could exist, but I wouldn’t want to encounter one. Especially if I’m all by myself. This next submitted story is from a man whose ordinary camping trip turned into one of the most terrifying events in his life. An encounter with Black Eyed Kids while camping.

Hey! my imaginary tale is just as valid as the one you posted. I think we need a fiction section for that last lot though.

You know what's wrong with your little pink unicorns, Duck? They're cute. They aren't camp fire material. Black Eyed Kids now, oh yeah!

Yes the ones we know about but I have kept the awful truth from you. There is a race of black eyed Unicorns. Unfortunately they only come out at night and because they are black with black eyes they are easy to miss. The only way you know one has visited your camp is if you wake up in the morning and have terrible diarrhoea, little is known about the effect as yet but it is believed to be connected to level of belief. biggrin.gif

Too late, Duck. You made them cute, cute they'll stay. I think you made those last ones up in a desperate bid to compete on this thread. Perfectly understandable.

You can't prove they don't exist! If you choose to remain closed minded to the existence of black, black eyed unicorns that's up to you but I KNOW they exist because I've had diarrhoea when camping on two occasions...coincidence? I think not. THE PROOF IS THERE.

Fair comment. Just as a back up theory, you should maybe check out the way you store your meat when you're out in the wilderness. biggrin.gif

Yes, that's the face I pulled when faced with info about your 'problems' when camping. biggrin.gif
